
Jouf University achieved a prestigious national milestone by winning the 2025 National Award for Volunteer Work – Entities Track / Volunteer Work Support Branch, in recognition of the impact of its institutional initiatives and its empowerment of volunteering as a sustainable developmental approach, enhancing community participation and aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz honored Jouf University for its active participation in the 3rd Al-Jouf International Agricultural Forum, highlighting the university’s role in supporting agricultural development, technological innovation, and applied research to enhance the competitiveness of the region’s agricultural sector.

During the celebration of Saudi and International Volunteer Day, Jouf University was honored by His Excellency the Minister of Education, Mr. Yousef Al-Benyan, in the presence of the University President, Prof. Mohamed Al-Shaya, for establishing the Volunteer Work Center in accordance with the “Edaamah” national standard. This honor affirms the university’s efforts to entrench a culture of volunteerism and amplify its community impact, in line with Vision 2030.
Jouf University has launched an open data platform that allows citizens and visitors to its website to access a range of public data that can be used and utilized without technical or financial restrictions.
This data can also be freely reused and redistributed, provided that the terms of the license under which it was published are adhered to, ensuring respect for rights of access, participation, and data governance.
