His Excellency, Dr. Saeed bin Hamad Al-Rubaie, President of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in the Sultanate of Oman, Expresses His Sincere Gratitude to Jouf University His Excellency expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to Jouf University for hosting the Twenty-Eighth Meeting of the Committee of Presidents and Directors of Universities and Higher Education Institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries. He affirmed that the regular meetings held in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council contribute to strengthening cooperation among Gulf higher education institutions, supporting the exchange of expertise, and developing joint programs and policies. He added that these gatherings have produced practical outcomes in the fields of education, scientific research, and innovation, with a particular focus on future-oriented issues, especially digital transformation and artificial intelligence, and the accompanying changes that will directly impact the educational process.
