Jouf University President Discusses Partnership with Takaful Charity Foundation CEO to Empower Students and Foster Sustainable Community Impact
The President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, received Dr. Amer bin Awad Al-Zaidi, Chief Executive Officer of Takaful Charity Foundation. During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and establish an institutional partnership aimed at supporting and empowering students, developing their capabilities, and advancing educational and community initiatives with sustainable impact.
The discussions addressed several proposed areas of cooperation, including designing high-quality programs to support students, implementing training and awareness initiatives, leveraging the University’s academic, research, and technical expertise, developing volunteer work, exchanging knowledge and expertise, and enhancing the effectiveness of impact measurement for joint programs and initiatives.
Prof. Al-Shaya emphasized that cooperation with Takaful Charity Foundation is an extension of the University’s national and developmental role and reflects its commitment to harnessing its academic and human capabilities in service of the community. He highlighted the University’s focus on building effective partnerships that transform knowledge and expertise into practical programs that respond to beneficiaries’ needs and deliver measurable and sustainable impact.
He further noted that Jouf University views the partnership with Takaful Charity Foundation as an opportunity to develop an integrated model that brings together academic expertise and institutional community engagement. Such cooperation would contribute to promoting equal educational opportunities, supporting students throughout their educational journeys, and preparing a generation capable of continuing its education and actively contributing to the development of the Kingdom.
