As part of Jouf University' commitment to instilling a culture of academic quality and achieving the highest standards of organization and discipline in the educational process, His Excellency, the university' president, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, accompanied during the tour by His Excellency the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Alaa bin Saleh Al-Arjan, conducted a field inspection visit to a number of the university' colleges to monitor the progress of the final exams for the second semester of the academic year 1446 AH.
His Excellency was briefed on the examination environment and heard an explanation of the examination organization mechanisms, the distribution of committees, and the implementation of precautionary and organizational measures that ensure smooth and accurate examinations. His Excellency also met with a number of students and listened to their comments and opinions, praising the students' awareness and academic preparation, which reflects a spirit of commitment and ambition.


The University President expressed his appreciation for the great efforts made by the colleges and supporting deanships in the meticulous preparation and implementation of the examination season, emphasizing that these field visits stem from the university' responsibility to support students, support the academic and administrative bodies, and overcome obstacles to ensure the achievement of distinguished educational outcomes. His Excellency also emphasized that Jouf University is proceeding with the implementation of its development plans and monitoring of academic performance indicators, in order to achieve its strategic objectives and align with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
During the visit, the university president praised the good organization and general discipline of the committees, appreciating the efforts of the faculty and administrative staff for their role in creating an appropriate environment for students to take their exams smoothly and easily. He emphasized the university' commitment to providing an optimal educational environment, in accordance with the highest quality standards.
For his part, the university' vice president for educational affairs, Dr. Alaa bin Saleh Al-Arjan, explained that this visit is an extension of the university leadership's ongoing monitoring of the progress of the educational process in all its components, and a keenness to ensure the integrity of procedures and the quality of implementation. He added that the university always strives to create a stimulating and integrated academic environment that enhances student efficiency and raises their academic achievement.
