His Excellency Professor Dr. Khalid bin Bani Al-Harbi, President of Hafr Al-Batin University, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Jouf University for hosting the twenty-eighth meeting of the Committee of Presidents and Directors of Universities and Higher Education Institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, emphasizing the importance of this meeting in supporting the academic development journey across the region. Dr. Al-Harbi explained that this meeting comes as part of a series of periodic gatherings that bring together the leaders of Gulf universities, where a variety of key topics related to the educational process were discussed—whether related to students in higher education institutions in the GCC countries, or linked to academic regulations and frameworks within universities. He noted that the meeting was rich in discussions and constructive recommendations, expressing his hope that these recommendations will contribute to enhancing the future of GCC students and maximizing the benefits of joint cooperation among higher education institutions in the Gulf.
