Under the patronage and honor of His Excellency, the President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, and in the presence of His Excellency, the University Vice Presidents, Deans of Colleges, and supporting Deanships, the university held a ceremony honoring 20 academic programs accredited by the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment distributed across 10 different colleges as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the quality of education and achieve academic excellence.
The ceremony began with the Royal Anthem, followed by verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a visual presentation by His Excellency, the Dean of Development and Quality, Dr. Ayman bin Abdulhadi Al-Dhuwaib reviewed the university' program accreditation journey from 1442 AH to the current year, and the university' progress toward further international accreditations.
In his speech at the ceremony, His Excellency, the University' President expressed his pride in this qualitative achievement, emphasizing that obtaining academic accreditation is a testament to the quality of the university' educational programs and the efficiency of their outcomes. His Excellency pointed out that this achievement did not come out of nowhere, but rather is the result of tireless work and sincere cooperation among all university' members, including colleges, deanships, faculty' members, and support teams. They have all written an epic of dedication and determination to achieve quality and accreditation standards, affirming the university' commitment to providing education that meets the nation's aspirations and aligns with its ambitious Vision 2030.
He emphasized that the university aspires to enhance its position in academic excellence indicators, consolidate a culture of quality and innovation, and expand institutional partnerships with national and international entities to create a stimulating and distinguished academic environment that produces generations capable of contributing to building their nation and raising its flag high in all forums.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Excellency, the University' President presented certificates of appreciation and recognition to the deans of colleges, department heads, and several members of the academic teams, in appreciation of their significant efforts that resulted in achieving this advanced level of accreditation.
