The President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya Inspects Final Examinations at the College of Nursing
The President of Jouf University, Professor Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, inspected the conduct of the final examinations at the College of Nursing as part of his commitment to direct, on-site monitoring of the educational process and to ensuring the smooth and orderly implementation of examinations. During the visit, the President reviewed the readiness of examination halls, the mechanisms for organization and supervision, and the level of adherence to approved academic regulations and instructions. He also followed up on the application of regulatory procedures that ensure fairness and equal opportunities for students, reflecting the University’s commitment to the highest standards of quality and academic integrity. The visit was attended by the Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Alaa bin Saleh Al-Arjan, and the delegation was received by Dr. Abdulkarim Al-Sharari, Dean of the College of Nursing.
The President emphasized that the examination period represents a crucial stage in students’ academic journeys and requires concerted efforts to provide a calm and motivating environment that helps students focus and perform with confidence. He stressed the importance of providing academic and psychological support to students during this period and of addressing any challenges they may face. He also commended the efforts of the College of Nursing’s administration, faculty members, and administrative and technical staff, praising their role in effective preparation and organization. He noted that the level of discipline and organization observed reflects the College’s awareness of its educational and professional mission and its dedication to preparing scientifically and practically qualified nursing professionals to serve the healthcare sector.
For his part, the Dean of the College of Nursing explained that the College has mobilized all its human and technical resources to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations in accordance with approved plans, with full compliance with regulations and instructions and consideration of students’ needs—thereby enhancing the quality of educational outcomes and supporting the University’s aspirations.
