Founding Day is not merely a historical anniversary; it is a renewed moment of awareness of a nation’s identity—an identity founded upon justice, and upon values that shaped its civilizational character and firmly established a culture of building, ambition, challenge, and determination. Since the earliest beginnings of the Saudi state, when Imam Muhammad bin Saud—may Allah have mercy upon him—laid its foundations upon firm principles of faith, justice, and stability, the journey of this nation has continued to flourish. Today, it thrives under the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister—may Allah preserve them—where the path of empowerment and development is renewed through Saudi Vision 2030, which represents a roadmap toward a more prosperous and competitive future.

As Jouf University commemorates Founding Day, it affirms that its educational and research mission is not separate from the nation’s journey, but rather a natural extension of a legacy of construction and giving, and an active contribution to shaping its future.

On this cherished national occasion, I extend, on my behalf and on behalf of the university’s faculty and staff, the highest expressions of congratulations and blessings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, and to the noble people of Saudi Arabia. We pray to Allah to preserve our nation’s security, stability, and prosperity, and to grant us all success in continuing the path of progress and leadership.
