As part of its commitment to providing a supportive and comprehensive learning environment, Jouf University, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized a special orientation fair for new female students. The event brought together all colleges, supporting deanships, and several administrative departments, in response to the directives of the University President, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, who emphasized the importance of empowering new students to begin their academic journey with confidence and a clear understanding of the services and programs available to them.

The fair featured a wide range of informational booths that offered comprehensive details about academic services, psychological and social support, student activities, and developmental programs, in addition to introducing the university’s digital platforms and electronic systems. The event witnessed remarkable attendance from new students, who actively engaged with the booths and expressed their appreciation for the information provided.

Students praised the fair for its rich content and outstanding organization. They highlighted that it helped them become familiar with the university’s regulations and services from the very first day, giving them a sense of belonging and assurance. They noted that the diversity of the booths allowed them to explore a variety of academic and cultural opportunities and to directly address their questions to faculty and administrative representatives.

One student commended the interactive atmosphere of the fair, saying: “What impressed me most was the warm welcome we received from the university. It reflects the institution’s genuine care for us and gives us great motivation to excel.”

The Deanship of Student Affairs affirmed that the fair is part of a series of initiatives designed to enhance the experience of new students and facilitate their integration into university life, contributing to improving the quality of student life and achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in building a vibrant society and empowering youth.
