His Excellency, the President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, launched a training program for the university staff in administrative, financial, and technical fields. The program aims to develop professional competencies and enhance the functional skills of the university staff across its various branches.
This program is part of the university' efforts to achieve institutional excellence and enhance the efficiency of human resources. It aims to:
- Raise the professional competence of employees in administrative, financial, and technical aspects.
- Enabling them to obtain professional certifications.
- Develop leadership capabilities and build effective cadres.
- Enhance the quality of institutional performance and achieve administrative excellence.


The training program includes three main areas: administrative, financial, and technical. It is implemented through 48 training courses covering all the university' branches in Sakaka, Tabarjal, and Qurayyat, targeting 1,262 university employees.
In the administrative and financial fields, the program includes nine training courses, held 39 times, benefiting 1,170 employees. These courses aim to:
- Enhance the leadership skills of administrative staff.
- Raise the level of financial and organizational performance.
- Build a professional and organized work environment that reflects a culture of institutional excellence.
The program also includes a special focus on accredited professional certifications, through nine specialized courses, with an average of 90 beneficiaries. These courses aim to:
- Qualify specialized and professional technical personnel
- Enhance employee readiness to obtain international professional certifications
- Empower functional competencies to develop digital systems and services
In his speech at the launch ceremony, His Excellency, the University' President emphasized that this training program embodies the University' approach to investing in human capital by building administrative and technical capabilities that keep pace with the institutional transformation taking place in higher education institutions. He noted that continuous professional development is one of the pillars of successful institutional work and the key to achieving the University' ambitious vision of local and regional excellence.
