Jouf University Concludes the "TATWEER" Project with 47 Specialized Training Programs as Part of Its Strategic Plan. Totalizing 175 Volunteer Hours, and supporting the Institutional Accreditation and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Jouf University, represented by the Deanship of Development and Quality, concluded the "TATWEER" project, one of the unique training initiatives launched during the current academic year. The project is part of its strategic programs aimed at building the capacity and developing the professional skills of the university staff, including faculty members, administrative staff, and students. The project offered 47 specialized training programs, distributed across various fields, including:- 
Teaching and Learning, Soft Skills, Measurement and Evaluation, Scientific Research, Professional Ethics, and Management and Leadership.
These programs are a group of unique programs designed to align with the university' strategic objectives and keep pace with recent developments in the work environment, thus enhancing leadership and excellence.
The project falls within the framework of the university' efforts to achieve institutional and programmatic accreditation standards by investing in human capital development and enhancing the quality of academic and administrative performance. This is in line with the objectives of its strategic plan, which focuses, in one of its main axes, on enhancing the effectiveness of the educational and training system, achieving professional excellence for faculty and administrative staff, and preparing students for the labor market according to best practices.
The project was attended by 12 of the university' colleges, as a clear affirmation of the institutional integration and collective engagement in implementing development initiatives. This enhanced the project's institutional impact and contributed to consolidating the culture of training and lifelong learning.
The project also generated 37 volunteer opportunities and 175 volunteer hours, reflecting the university' commitment to instilling the concept of social responsibility and enhancing volunteer participation among its employees, in line with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to build a vibrant society, responsible citizenship, and develop social capital.

His Excellency, the University President, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya stated that the "TATWEER" project is an extension of the university' modernization and development approach, reflecting its commitment to building an integrated training system based on a thorough analysis of needs, the design of quality programs and the measurement of training impact using scientific methods. He added that the project's outcomes are fully consistent with the university' aspirations to enhance the institutional performance indicators, achieve local and international academic accreditation requirements, and align the university' outcomes with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, particularly in the areas of "Enhancing Global Competitiveness" and "Empowering National Cadres." 
Dr. Ayman AlDhuwaib, Dean of Deanship of Development and Quality, emphasized that the deanship was keen to select a diverse group of training programs aimed at contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals and the university' strategic and developmental objectives. It also aims to raise awareness of the importance of personal and professional development among university staff and its impact on performance quality, transfer pioneering expertise and best practices in various fields of training and development, and align their application within the workplace. 
It's worth noting that Jouf University continues to work on developing more comprehensive and impactful development initiatives based on innovation, quality, and governance. These initiatives contribute to strengthening the university' position as a leading national institution in higher education, empowering the nation's youth to build a prosperous and globally competitive future.
"TATWEER" project represents an integrated model for institutional professional development practices, combining a clear vision, effective implementation, and measuring transformational impact. It is thus one of the primary levers supporting the university' journey toward institutional excellence and achieving the desired qualitative transformation in the university education.
