Jouf University Strengthens Administrative Governance and Service Quality by Achieving ISO 9001 Certification

Building on its firm commitment to applying international quality standards and its continuous efforts to develop its administrative system in line with global best practices, Jouf University has achieved a notable milestone by obtaining certification of compliance with the Quality Management System in accordance with the international ISO 9001 standard. The certification covers 28 supporting and administrative deanships and departments, as well as 14 colleges across the university and its branches, reflecting the maturity of institutional performance, reinforcing high-level administrative governance, and enhancing the overall experience of beneficiaries.

This achievement represents the culmination of integrated institutional efforts focused on unifying procedures, documenting processes, improving operational efficiency, and activating the principles of continuous improvement, in full alignment with the internationally recognized requirements and standards of ISO. It embodies the qualitative transformation currently underway within the university’s administrative and organizational framework.
