- Appointing Mr. Saud bin Dais Al-Ruwaili as Director General of the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
- Appointing Mr. Ayyaf bin Saleh Al-Ayyaf as Assistant Director General of the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
- Appointing Mr. Mansour bin Awad Al-Aqeeli as Director of the Planning and Budget Department in the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
- Appointing Mr. Ziyad bin Hamed Al-Hashshal as Director of the Financial Administration in the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
- Appointing Mr. Saleh bin Dahel Al-Ruwaili as Director of Procurement and Contracts in the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
- Appointing Mr. Nayef bin Nasser Al-Dahham as Director of the Warehouses Department in the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
