The President of the University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, Inspects the Conduct of Final Examinations at the College of Applied Medical Sciences and Reviews the Organizational and Technical Readiness of Examination Halls and Laboratories
As part of his ongoing field follow-up of academic assessment activities, the President of the University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, inspected the conduct of final examinations at the College of Applied Medical Sciences and reviewed the level of organizational and technical readiness of examination halls and laboratories. This aims to ensure an appropriate examination environment that promotes academic fairness and the quality of educational outcomes. The tour was attended by the Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Alaa bin Saleh Al-Arjan, the Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sarhani, and the college’s vice deans.
The President’s tour included examination halls and practical laboratories, during which he reviewed the readiness of technical systems, organizational procedures, and compliance with approved regulations and instructions, in addition to examining the support mechanisms provided to students during the examination period. He also observed the efforts exerted by the college deanship, faculty members, and administrative and technical staff in the early preparation for examinations, as well as the organizational and precautionary measures taken to ensure a safe and well-prepared examination environment that reflects the stability of the educational process and the quality of its outcomes.
During the visit, the President of the University emphasized the importance of providing a motivating educational and examination environment that adheres to the highest standards of quality and transparency. He commended the efforts of the college deanship and its staff in early preparation and precise organization, noting that this reflects integrated performance and a strong commitment to students’ comfort and the integrity of procedures. For their part, college officials expressed their appreciation for the visit, affirming their continued efforts to develop the assessment and examination system and to apply best academic and technical practices in line with the University’s strategic objectives, thereby enhancing the quality of the educational process and contributing to the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 goals in the education sector.
