Jouf University President Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya Launches the University’s Digital Services Package via “Tawakkalna”
The President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, launched the university’s new digital services package through the national super app “Tawakkalna.” This significant step enhances the integration of the university’s systems with national digital platforms, improves the experience of university employees and students, and facilitates fast and reliable access to university services and information.
The package comprises four key digital services: documents and records, notifications and messages, digital cards, and integrated university applications. Together, these services enable beneficiaries to access a wide range of university services through a unified national platform.
The documents and records service allows users to access various official university documents through the Tawakkalna app, including academic records, student documents, salary certificates for faculty members and employees, and training certificates. The service is also designed to accommodate additional university documents in the future, ensuring convenient access at any time.
The notifications and messages service enables the university to deliver official alerts and important information directly to its employees and students through Tawakkalna. These include notifications regarding the issuance of documents, reminders of academic dates, the start of academic semesters, beneficiary data updates, and other messages and alerts related to university services.
The package also provides a digital university card within the app, serving as a trusted digital identity for beneficiaries. In addition, several university services are available through integrated applications, allowing users to access documents, notifications, digital cards, and other university services without leaving Tawakkalna.
The University President emphasized that the launch of this package represents a continuation of Jouf University’s efforts to develop its digital infrastructure and services, enhance communication efficiency with employees and students, and utilize national technological solutions to improve service quality and accelerate service delivery.
He noted that the university’s integration with Tawakkalna contributes to providing a more accessible and effective digital experience, while enabling beneficiaries to access university information and services through a unified and secure channel.
Prof. Al-Shaya further explained that the university remains committed to advancing its digital ecosystem and expanding the provision of smart and integrated services that respond to beneficiaries’ needs, enhance operational efficiency, support decision-making, and achieve the highest standards of quality and reliability in service delivery. These efforts are aligned with the Kingdom’s digital transformation objectives and Saudi Vision 2030. The launch of Jouf University’s services through Tawakkalna reflects the university’s commitment to leveraging national platforms and strengthening its role as an active partner in the national digital transformation ecosystem. By connecting its services with trusted national systems and making them available in a more flexible and accessible manner, the university seeks to enhance the overall university experience, increase beneficiary satisfaction, and improve the efficiency of institutional communication and services.
