His Excellency, Doctor Saad bin Saud Al-Fuheid, President of the Arabian Gulf University, Expresses Pleasure at Participating in the Twenty-Eighth Meeting of Presidents and Directors of Universities and Higher Education Institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries

His Excellency expressed his happiness at participating for the first time in the Twenty-Eighth Meeting of the Committee of Presidents and Directors of Universities and Higher Education Institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries. He stated that this gathering represents a valuable contribution to all universities in the Arabian Gulf and extended his gratitude to Jouf University, under the leadership of Professor Doctor Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, for its warm hospitality and excellent organization, as well as to the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council for arranging this distinguished meeting.
