Jouf University, in cooperation with the Digital Government Authority, activates the "Digital Report" service.
Jouf University, in collaboration with the Digital Government Authority, has launched the “Digital Report” service to enable beneficiaries to contribute to the development of digital government services and enhance the quality of the digital experience.
The service allows users to submit complaints related to digital government services, provide development suggestions, and request service improvements or the transformation of paper-based services into digital formats. This contributes to improving service efficiency, accelerating feedback handling, and enhancing the overall user experience.
This initiative is part of the efforts of the Digital Government Authority to strengthen communication channels with beneficiaries and leverage their feedback and suggestions in developing digital services, supporting digital transformation objectives and improving the quality of government services.
The “Digital Report” service also helps identify challenges faced by users, enabling entities to address them and continuously improve their services, thereby increasing user satisfaction and meeting expectations.
Relevant authorities have called on beneficiaries to use the service via the designated QR code and participate in improving digital services by submitting their feedback and development suggestions.
