Jouf University Concludes the Third Phase of the Training Program “Afaq Al-Tamayuz: Towards an Administrative and Institutional Development that Shapes the Future,” Benefiting More Than 135 Administrative Staff Members
Jouf University, represented by the General Administration of Human Resources, has concluded the third phase of its distinguished training program, “Afaq Al-Tamayuz: Towards an Administrative and Institutional Development that Shapes the Future.”
The program is part of a series of developmental initiatives aimed at empowering academic administrative and technical competencies and enhancing institutional performance, in alignment with the university’s strategic plan and the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasize capacity building and the development of human capital.
The “Afaq Al-Tamayuz” program is one of the university’s most prominent developmental initiatives, designed to foster a culture of excellence and innovation in the workplace through advanced training programs that combine administrative skills with professional technical expertise. The initiative aims to equip staff members with modern knowledge and practical tools that contribute to improving performance quality and operational efficiency across the university’s organizational system.
Specialized and Internationally Accredited Training Programs
The third phase of the program included a package of specialized training courses combining administrative and technical tracks, targeting over 135 male and female administrative staff members across various departments and deanships.
The training programs offered several internationally recognized professional certificates, including:
- The Professional Certificate for Technical Support of E-Learning (ELTS), in both foundation and advanced levels, which enables technical staff to support and develop e-learning environments.
- The CompTIA A+ Global Certification, recognized internationally in technical support and systems management, enhancing staff capabilities in maintenance, device management, and networking.
- The Code Fellows Web3 Bootcamp Code 301: Intermediate, which focuses on advanced programming skills and Web3 technologies, contributing to digital transformation and technical innovation within the university environment.
Additionally, the phase included a specialized administrative training course titled “Skills for Developing Executive Plans”, which aimed to strengthen the strategic planning, initiative design, implementation, and impact assessment skills of administrative leaders—thereby promoting a results-based management approach.
Sustainable Capacity Building and Empowering Competencies
The university affirmed that “Afaq Al-Tamayuz” is part of an integrated system of developmental projects dedicated to enhancing human capital efficiency and empowering national talents across administrative levels. The program supports the pursuit of institutional excellence, advancing toward a modern university management model grounded in innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
It also promotes the principle of sustainable training through multiple pathways, including capacity building, leadership and supervisory skills development, and workplace enhancement. This approach fosters operational efficiency and establishes a culture of lifelong learning within the university community.
Strategic Alignment with Vision 2030
His Excellency Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, President of Jouf University, emphasized that this program reflects the university’s strategic plan, which focuses on institutional excellence, human capacity development, and strengthening administrative efficiency through continuous improvement, change management, governance, and transparency.
He further highlighted that the program embodies the university’s commitment to supporting the Saudi Vision 2030 objectives—particularly in human capability development and enhancing government performance efficiency—by investing in and qualifying national talents according to global quality standards.
The General Administration of Human Resources confirmed that the program will continue its upcoming phases with expanded and more comprehensive training plans. These initiatives aim to reinforce Jouf University’s position as a leading educational and administrative institution, dedicated to shaping a more distinguished and efficient future.
