Jouf University Holds the "Excellence and Creativity" Forum Under the Patronage of the Wife of His Highness the Governor of the Region

Under the Patronage and Honor of Her Highness Princess Modawi bint Saud bin Abdullah Al Saud, Wife of His Highness the Governor of Al-Jouf Region, Jouf University held the "Excellence and Creativity" Forum, which continues the support of the wise leadership—may God protect them—and its interest in empowering women and enhancing their developmental role, with continuous follow-up by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jouf Region. Dr. Wafaa bint Fahad Al-Sarhani, Vice Dean of Student Affairs, affirmed that the forum highlights the university’s efforts in promoting excellence and creativity, and its belief in the role of Saudi women as key partners in shaping the future, following the directives of His Excellency, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, President of the University. Dr. Hadeel bint Ahmed Al-Atallah, Vice Dean of Development and Quality, explained that Her Highness Princess Modawi’s patronage of the forum reflects a high level of interest in the university’s achievements and initiatives that contribute to continuous development and stimulate creativity among its students. The forum featured a number of distinguished initiatives, including the "Qader Ma’an Disability Challenge" initiative presented by Jumana Lahim Al-Lahim from the College of Applied Medical Sciences, which was inaugurated by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz—may God protect him. The initiative benefited more than 950 individuals, aiming to support persons with disabilities, raise awareness of health rehabilitation, and promote preventive intervention. Hanadi Ghasham Al-Ruwaili from the College of Applied Medical Sciences expressed her pride in the forum’s generous patronage, emphasizing that the support provided by Jouf University enhances a culture of excellence and encourages further creativity. Ghada Rukyan Al-Kuwaikbi from the College of Sciences highlighted the university’s keenness to celebrate the heritage of the Al-Jouf region and promote local crafts by empowering female students and showcasing their creativity, reflecting the distinguished presence of Saudi women in various fields.
