As part of Jouf University' commitment to enhancing the scientific research process and advancing graduate studies, His Excellency; the President of the University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-'Shaya, held a meeting with the Dean of the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Walid bin Sa'ad Al-Hussaini, to discuss the university' goals in the fields of research, innovation and graduate studies, in line with the national strategic plans and the Kingdom's Vision 2030, that enhances the university' position among leading academic institutions, and aims to expand the scope of academic programs for graduate studies to include qualitative specializations that meet the needs of the labor market.

His Excellency; the President of the University stressed the importance of the role of scientific research and graduate studies in achieving academic excellence and enhancing the university' position locally and internationally, pointing out to the need for diversifying initiatives to support researchers and enhance distinguished scientific production, including research funding programs and partnerships with local and international research institutions, and supporting scientific publishing in prestigious international journals.

The University President pointed out the importance of developing postgraduate studies and paying attention to raising the level of efficiency of students and researchers, stressing the University' keenness to provide an academic environment that supports and stimulates innovation and creativity. His Excellency stressed that achieving these goals will contribute to strengthening the University' position among leading academic institutions.
