By accessing the service link through the electronic services page, then following these steps:

• Step 1: Access the service page from the electronic services portal and click the "Start Service" button.

• Step 2: Choose to log in via the Unified National Access (Nafath).

• Step 3: Enter the National ID number and approve the login request from the Nafath application on the mobile device.

• Step 4: Select "New Support Request".

• Step 5: Specify the type of problem, system, or affected service.

• Step 6: Write an accurate description of the problem and attach a screenshot if possible.

• Step 7: Send the request and receive the ticket number.

• Step 8: Track the status of the ticket through it.care@ju.edu.sa (or el.care@ju.edu.sa for e-learning services).
