The Electronic Service Level Agreement aims to clarify and specify the quality of services provided through the electronic platform of Jouf University, as well as the rights and responsibilities of both the university and the user. This agreement serves as an explicit and clear understanding between the university and those wishing to benefit from its electronic services. Simply visiting the electronic portal to obtain any service included in this agreement constitutes acceptance by the user of all the terms outlined herein, without prejudice to any other agreements that may apply to the provision of the service.
The university is committed to maintaining privacy and confidentiality in handling user requests for services and makes every effort to deliver high-quality services to all users.
The following outlines the obligations of both the university (the service provider) and the applicant (the user):
Beneficiary Rights and Responsibilities
1. The university is committed to providing electronic services throughout the week, including weekends and holidays, as per the schedule detailed below.
2. The university ensures the confidentiality of handling user requests.
3. The "My JU Account" electronic services portal enables users to create an account that allows them to access the electronic services provided via the unified login portal.
4. The account information must match the user’s official identity. Incorrect registration data may lead to the exclusion of the application.
5. The user bears full responsibility for their choices and compliance with the university’s regulations, policies, and terms of use. The user assumes all consequences resulting from any violations without any liability on the university.
6. Users can access services and track their application status through the portal.
7. Visiting the unified login portal constitutes explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions of use and agreement to the service level agreement.
University Rights and Responsibilities
1. Jouf University is committed to responding to valid user requests and messages within the specified timeframe, which may vary depending on the nature and status of the request, as detailed in the schedule below.
2. In cases of failure to respond to or interact with user requests, the university commits to accountability measures for such shortcomings.
3. The university is committed to resolving all issues related to login or account creation through its website, as well as issues accessing any department or service offered by the university.
4. The university ensures fair and confidential handling of user requests.
5. The university, represented by its various departments and affiliated entities, reserves the right to exclude any non-compliant or invalid requests.
6. Jouf University has the right to temporarily disable some services or systems for purposes including, but not limited to, maintenance.
7. Visitors to the unified login portal for electronic services are prohibited from causing any harm to the portal in any way.
8. Visitors to the unified login portal are encouraged to report any deficiencies or issues they encounter to facilitate improvement and development.
9. The user bears full responsibility for their choices and compliance with the university’s regulations, policies, and terms of use. The user assumes all consequences resulting from any violations without any liability on the university.
