An electronic service that enables students of other universities to apply to study as visiting students at Jouf University, and Jouf University students to apply to study as visiting students elsewhere, under the visiting-study regulations.

Through the service link on the e-services page of the university website, then sign in via Nafath.

The approved admission and registration portal link — to be confirmed by the deanship before publication.

Students — whether of Jouf University or of other universities

The university's conditions for visiting students as approved in the visiting-students admission guide, in addition to: Sign in through the National Single Sign-On (Nafath) using your national ID number.

As per the university's visiting-students admission guide: the academic transcript, the home university's letter or preliminary approval, a copy of the National ID, and the list of courses to be studied.

The service is immediate and free of charge

 Courses are counted under the approved course-equivalency rules in the unified regulations for undergraduate studies and the university council's decisions, once the official result is received from the host university.The service is immediate and free of charge

 Before the start of the intended semester and within the period announced in the Deanship of Admission and Registration's academic calendar.

Sign in to the service portal with the same Nafath credentials and open Application Status, and follow notifications sent to the registered email.
