By accessing the service link through the electronic services page, then following these steps:

• Step 1: Access the service page from the electronic services portal and click the "Start Service" button.

• Step 2: Choose to log in via the Unified National Access (Nafath).

• Step 3: Enter the National ID number and approve the login request from the Nafath application on the mobile device.

• Step 4: Choose the required service: academic counseling request, student consultation, or booking an appointment.

• Step 5: Fill out the student form, specify the subject of the consultation.

• Step 6: Send the request and follow up on the response from the assigned advisor.
