A public e-service that allows students, university affiliates, and visitors to rate the services provided by Jouf University and share their feedback, in order to measure user satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.

Access the service through its link on the E-Services page, then follow these steps:

1. Open the service page and click "Start Service".
2. Log in via the National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
3. Select your category (Employee, Faculty Member, Student, Visitor).
4. Select the service you want to rate from the list of services available for your category.
5. Choose a rating from one to five stars.
6. Add a comment (optional), then click "Save Rating".

• An active Nafath account.
• The user must have used the service being rated.
• The correct user category must be selected.
