As part of the college’s commitment to promoting a culture of occupational safety and raising awareness among its staff and students about the importance of a safe work environment, the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Qurayyat organized an awareness event on the occasion of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, targeting the college’s staff and students on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, in the presence of a number of faculty members and students.
The event aimed to highlight best practices in occupational health and safety, raise awareness of potential hazards in various work environments and how to prevent them, and promote individual and collective responsibility in adhering to safety procedures.
