Implementing orientation days and orientation programs to support the integration of new students.

Providing psychological and social support or referring cases to the relevant authorities.

Submitting periodic reports on the progress of the academic guidance process and preparing relevant indicators for the college’s agency for educational affairs.

Preparing and implementing the annual quality plan through the implementation of an effective quality assurance system at the college.

Monitor the performance of academic departments in quality assurance areas.

Contribute to developing the college's follow-up plan to obtain institutional and program accreditation, both nationally and internationally.

Follow up on the formation of quality committees in academic departments and monitor their performance, while providing technical support to carry out their tasks.

Establish basic databases to include all activities related to the quality assurance system.

Prepare and design various evaluation models and analyze their results.

Follow up on the preparation of program descriptions and reports and their courses, reviewing them internally and externally on a regular basis.

Contribute to the preparation of the college's annual report.

Contribute to the development and follow-up of the college's strategic plan.

Diagnosing obstacles to performance improvement at the college, proposing solutions, and developing improvement plans in various areas.

Continuous coordination and follow-up with the Deanship of Development and Quality.

Monitoring the progress of the college's Excellence Passport procedures.

Holding specialized training courses, awareness campaigns, and seminars to spread and consolidate a culture of quality across the college.

1. Supervise the preparation of final and periodic exam schedules in coordination with the academic departments and the Academic Affairs Unit.
2. Coordinate with other colleges regarding exams for students from outside the college, including excused and alternative exams.
3. Implement the University Vice-Deanship for Educational Affairs' forms for exams, monitor their implementation, and ensure compliance with approved regulations and instructions.
4. Organize the mechanism for receiving, delivering, and storing answer sheets.
5. Prepare exam progress reports and submit them to the College Vice-Deanship for Educational Affairs.

E-Learning Unit

Organizing workshops and introductory courses to enhance e-learning skills among college staff.

Monitoring Compliance with Saudi Dress
