The Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, represented by the Graduates Department, in cooperation with Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), announced the launch of a series of training workshops under the “Tamkeen” Initiative during May 2026. The initiative aims to enhance students’ and graduates’ readiness for the labor market and develop their professional and digital skills.
The workshops target university students and graduates and cover a range of topics related to employment and professional development. These include professional certifications, advanced entrepreneurship pathways, programs offered by the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), labor market readiness, leadership and self-marketing skills, LinkedIn platform utilization, entrepreneurship, and an introduction to artificial intelligence.
The Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs emphasized its commitment to providing quality initiatives that contribute to developing students’ and graduates’ skills, enabling them to acquire knowledge and expertise aligned with labor market requirements, in support of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives for human capital development.
