Jouf University Organizes Forum on Scientific Research and Sustainability
Under the gracious patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jouf Region, and with the attendance and follow-up of the President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, Jouf University organized the forum “Scientific Research and Its Role in Sustainability in Al-Jouf Region.” The forum reflects the University’s commitment to strengthening applied scientific research and linking its outcomes to sustainable development priorities, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The forum featured four specialized scientific sessions addressing key themes, including the role of scientific research in achieving sustainability, community research and human development, health research and sustainable development, and energy research. The sessions brought together a distinguished group of academics, researchers, and specialists.
During the forum, the University President emphasized the importance of translating the recommendations of these sessions into research initiatives and applied programs that serve the Al-Jouf region and address its developmental needs.
