The College of Applied Medical Sciences in Al-Qurayyat organizes an awareness lecture entitled “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: A Beacon of Moderation and Tolerance”
As part of Al-Jouf University’s efforts to promote national values, and under the supervision of Her Excellency Professor Dr. Maryam Al-Anzi, Dean of the College, the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Qurayyat organized, on Sunday, November 16, 2025, an awareness lecture entitled “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: A Beacon of Moderation and Tolerance,” as part of the intellectual awareness programs and activities, in one of the classrooms in the student complex at the university branch in Qurayyat, in the presence of a number of faculty members and students.
The event aims to highlight the Kingdom’s leading role in spreading the values of moderation, tolerance, and rejection of extremism, as they are fundamental pillars of Saudi Vision 2030, and its efforts to consolidate a culture of dialogue and acceptance of others.
The event included key themes such as the Kingdom’s efforts in combating extremist ideology, local and international initiatives to promote religious and cultural tolerance, and the role of education in spreading a culture of moderation.
The event witnessed significant engagement from attendees through insightful comments and questions that enriched the discussion. Participants emphasized the crucial role of educational institutions in instilling these values in young people. In conclusion, it was affirmed that the Kingdom will remain a global model of moderation and tolerance, thanks to the wise leadership's commitment to promoting moderate Islamic and human values.
