“Graduate Enrichment” leads qualitative digital empowerment… The College of Applied Medical Sciences launches an advanced training program in prototyping using Figma
As part of its ongoing efforts to support students and graduates and enhance their technical skills, the College of Applied Medical Sciences organized a specialized training course titled “Prototype Design for Mobile Applications using Figma,” under the Enriching Graduate Initiative. The course aimed to equip students and graduates with the technical tools required for innovation and professional excellence.
The course was delivered by Ms. Al-Anoud bint Ayed Al-Anazi, who presented a range of theoretical and practical topics. These included an introduction to hackathons and prototype design, fundamentals of user interface (UI) design, building interactive prototypes, and hands-on application using Figma.
Themes and Objectives
The course aimed to enhance participants’ digital skills and enable them to develop innovative solutions, preparing them for active participation in hackathons and technology-driven initiatives.
The training witnessed strong engagement from students and graduates, who actively participated in the practical activities and demonstrated great interest in the course content, contributing to the achievement of its learning objectives.
At the conclusion of the course, the college deanship reaffirmed its commitment to offering high-quality training programs that support the development of students’ and graduates’ competencies, in alignment with labor market needs and Saudi Vision 2030 goals in digital transformation and innovation.
