Jouf University Launches the “Professional Career Empowerment” Initiative to Enhance a Professional Work Environment Capable of Keeping Pace with Development Requirements and Achieving the University’s Strategic Goals
Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, the General Administration of Human Resources at Jouf University launched the “Professional Career Empowerment” initiative. This qualitative development initiative targets the university’s male and female employees through a series of specialized programs and training courses in the fields of professional skills development, financial excellence, and administrative efficiency, contributing to improved performance, enhanced service quality, and greater institutional effectiveness across the university’s various sectors.
The initiative comes as part of Jouf University’s commitment to investing in human capital as one of the key pillars for achieving the objectives of its strategic plan, particularly those related to developing institutional capabilities, optimizing resources, improving administrative performance, and building a motivating work environment based on knowledge, empowerment, and productivity.

He added that the university is working to build a more professional and effective work environment based on continuous development, empowerment of competencies, and promotion of a culture of achievement. He stressed that the current phase requires raising the level of institutional readiness and adopting modern administrative practices that contribute to improving performance, accelerating achievement, and enhancing the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
In the same context, His Excellency the Vice President of Jouf University, Prof. Saad bin Awad Al-Anzi, affirmed that the “Professional Career Empowerment” initiative comes within the university’s efforts to develop the administrative work system, improve performance efficiency, and empower male and female employees with the skills that contribute to improving service quality, enhancing productivity, and raising the level of institutional readiness.
He pointed out that developing employee capabilities represents one of the important pathways for enhancing the efficiency of university work and achieving integration among the various departments and units.
