Based on the university's keenness to provide its services to its students, and to strive to facilitate admission and registration procedures and ensure their safety, and to attract male and female students who possess a sense of excellence, work and perseverance. His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Shaya - accompanied by Dr. Alaa bin Saleh Al-Arjan, Vice President for Academic Affairs - inspected the work of the Deanship of Admission and Registration, on its first day of receiving electronic admission applications through the university admission portal. They were received by Dr. Ahmed bin Musa Al-Siyat, Dean of the Deanship of Admission and Registration. His Excellency the President of the University praised the role played by the Deanship in admission and registration processes, educating students, and providing support to colleges and the technical support it provides to colleges through training colleges on using the academic system, providing statistics and developing the electronic academic system, which contributes to developing the university's outputs in general. His Excellency stressed the importance of the Deanship's role during the stage of receiving electronic admission applications through the university admission portal, and the importance of the role of the technical support centers in the university city and branches, and providing all technical and technical consultations and guiding applicants during the admission stage. He stressed that the stage of submitting admission applications is one of the most worrying stages for students and their parents, and we must all be of help and service to them.
His Excellency stressed that everyone must realize that students are the ones who are able to create economic, cultural and social movement within the region, and that students' choice of Jouf University is a reflection of the attractiveness of the university and the region. Dr. Alaa bin Saleh Al-Arjan, Vice President for Educational Affairs, pointed out that the university was keen to have committees and centers for technical support in the university campus and branches; to clarify what may be difficult for applicants. His Excellency pointed out that the university is well prepared to receive graduates of high school tracks.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed bin Musa Al-Siyat, Dean of the Deanship of Admission and Registration, expressed his happiness with the visit of His Excellency the President of the University and praised His Excellency's keenness and close follow-up of everything that would serve our children. His Excellency pointed out that during the previous stage, the Deanship was keen to cover the admission mechanism and its methods, with full coverage through media channels and all social media. He also pointed out that the next stage will witness a new mechanism for unified linking that allows universities to know the student's status in full. At the end of the visit, His Excellency the University President was keen to meet with the Deanship's staff and thank them, and urged them to make more efforts to serve our children and our country, and stressed his support and providing everything that would advance the Deanship of Admission and Registration and provide all its services to students and faculty members with ease and convenience.
