Under the Patronage of the University President: College of Pharmacy’s "Pink Impact" Campaign Achieves Remarkable Milestones in Promoting Health Awareness

Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of Jouf University, and coinciding with Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Pink October), the College of Pharmacy concluded its "Pink Impact" (Athar Wardi) awareness campaign, recording outstanding figures that reflect the dedication of its faculty and students to community service and preventive healthcare.   
The campaign witnessed wide engagement from female university staff, students, and the local community, bringing together academic and student talents to deliver reliable medical and educational content focused on the importance of early detection of breast cancer, prevention methods, and self-examination techniques, embodying the campaign's slogan: "An Impact that Counts, Awareness that Lasts".   
Final statistics highlighted the campaign's notable community reach and volunteer engagement through the following achievements:

•   Over 600 Beneficiaries: Received direct health consultations and awareness guidance through educational booths and accompanying activities.
•   113 Participants and Volunteers: Faculty members and students who presented an exemplary model of volunteerism and social responsibility.   
•   21 Speakers: Delivered specialized educational lectures and awareness sessions.   
•  380 Educational Brochures: Prepared and distributed to provide accessible, evidence-based medical information.   

 Over 38 General and Health Volunteering Opportunities: Created to empower students to apply their scientific and field skills in public health education. 
This initiative underscores the commitment of the College of Pharmacy at Jouf University to strengthening community partnerships, fostering a culture of volunteerism among students, and actively contributing to national health initiatives aimed at enhancing public awareness and quality of life.
