In line with Jouf University’s commitment to supporting scientific and research excellence, enhancing its role in community service, and disseminating specialized knowledge, the College of Applied Medical Sciences hosted a scientific lecture entitled: Pericardial Fat in Cardiovascular Disease: Integrating Imaging, Biomarkers, and Clinical Outcomes

The lecture was delivered by Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi at the College Theatre, attended by faculty members, students, and individuals interested in health-related fields.

The lecture examined the potential role of pericardial fat in cardiovascular disease, highlighting the importance of integrating medical imaging techniques, biomarkers, and clinical outcomes to improve understanding of cardiovascular risk factors and support relevant diagnostic and research directions.
