Introduction: 

The College of Science is considered the "mother of colleges" due to the overlap of its basic sciences in the scientific disciplines of various other scientific colleges such as medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, agriculture, engineering and computer.

History of the College:

The approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prime Minister, Chairman of the Council of Higher Education, may Allah protect him, was issued by the Supreme Council of Higher Education in its session held on 23/3/1423 AH, The College of Science in Al-Jouf Region, King Saud University, approved the College's plan for the fifth semester held on 25/12/1423 AH. The study began in the first semester of the academic year 1424/1425 AH. Four disciplines: Mathematics, Physics, Computer and Information Sciences, Laboratory Sciences. The department of Medical laboratories Sciences has been transformed into a College of Applied Medical Sciences. The Department of Computer and Information Sciences has also been transferred to the College of Computer and Information Sciences. Currently, there is no Distance learning in the college and the desire of the College's administrators to develop new sections has approved to develop the departments of Chemistry and Biology.
