The organizational structure clarifies the functional relationships between employees within a single institution.

In the Faculty of Arts, it is issued by the Faculty Council, which is headed by the Dean of the Faculty. 

The Dean is followed by some committees in addition to the Vice Deans, the Heads of Academic Departments, and the Director of the Faculty Administration. 

As for the Vice Dean, he is followed by the Faculty units, which are: the Academic Affairs Unit, the Quality and Academic Accreditation Unit, the Academic Guidance Unit, the E-Learning Unit, the Examinations Unit, the Postgraduate Studies Unit, and the Alumni Unit. 

The Academic Departments are: the Department of Arabic Language, the Department of English Language, the Department of Sports Science and Physical Activity, and the Department of Art. The Department of Arabic Language is followed by the Arabic Language Instruction Unit for Non-Native Speakers.
