The organizational structure of institutions reflects the administrative and functional distribution within the organization, where tasks are organized and responsibilities are defined to ensure the efficient achievement of objectives. The organizational structure of the College of Pharmacy at Jouf University begins with His Excellency the University President, followed by the College Council, and then the Dean of the College, who supervises several organizational units and committees.

The structure includes several key components, such as the Advisory Council and internal committees, in addition to the heads of academic departments and administrative units. It also includes a Vice Dean and a Vice Deaness responsible for the male and female sections, respectively.

The core units include the Academic Affairs Unit, Alumni Unit, Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Unit, Quality and Academic Accreditation Unit, Academic Advising Unit, Examinations Unit, and Laboratories Unit
