The Deanship of Student Affairs at Jouf University has announced the launch of an electronic service for booking and organizing student activities for colleges, deanships, and student clubs. This initiative aims to streamline event organization procedures and support the University's digital transformation efforts in the services provided to beneficiaries.

The service covers various types of activities, including sports, recreational, cultural, and training events. It enables users to select the activity venue and schedule, submit booking requests online, and easily track the status of their requests through the designated platform.

The Deanship explained that booking requests are reviewed and approved by the Deanship of Student Affairs before confirmation. Specific days have also been allocated for male and female students to ensure the effective organization and utilization of facilities and programs.

This service is part of the Deanship’s ongoing efforts to enhance the student activity environment, improve the efficiency of organizing events and programs, and facilitate student participation in initiatives that contribute to developing their skills and enriching their university experience.عية.
