3.    Enhancing research, development, and technology transfer: Stimulating applied research in innovation fields, protecting intellectual property, and strengthening efforts to transfer and localize technology within the university and the community.
4.    Expanding partnerships and marketing: Building effective communication networks with investors and stakeholders and marketing the university’s outputs locally and internationally.
5.    Achieving sustainable development through innovation: Developing innovation-based strategies and measuring performance to ensure long-term developmental impact at both institutional and societal levels.
