New Student Orientation Program Held for 1448 AH
Jouf University’s Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, represented by the University Guidance Department, held the New Student Orientation Program for the 1448 AH academic year under the “Hayyakum” initiative on August 26–27, 2026. The program aimed to prepare new students for university life and introduce them to the services and regulations that support their academic journey.
The first day focused on student services, with participation from the Deanship of Student Affairs, the Deanship of E-Learning and Digital Transformation, the University Guidance Department, and Medical Services. Sessions introduced the student, digital, guidance, and healthcare services available at the university.
The second day covered Jouf University’s rules and regulations, with participation from the Deanship of Admission and Registration and the Standing Committee for Student Conduct and Discipline. These sessions aimed to raise students’ awareness of the regulations governing their studies and conduct at the university.
The program formed part of the Vice Presidency’s efforts to support new students’ transition to university life and familiarize them with the relevant support units and services, helping them begin their academic journey informed and prepared.
