SARS-CoV-2 RNA dependent RNA polymerase Targeting

The proposed work investigates the effect of RdRp mutations on the performance of DAA drugs on the COVID-19causing virus. The evaluation of the performance is based on in silico approaches such as docking, MDS and calculation of several interaction parameters dealing with stability and reactivity.
