The College of Medicine at Jouf University, represented by the Community Service Unit, organized an awareness campaign titled “Minutes Make the Difference” on the occasion of World Stroke Day, held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Alian Boulevard in Sakaka.
The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the importance of rapid response in stroke cases, highlighting the early signs, symptoms, and preventive measures, and emphasizing that the first few minutes can make a life-saving difference for patients.
The event featured educational booths, informative sessions, and practical demonstrations led by faculty members and medical students, focusing on emergency response and stroke prevention.
The campaign received wide public engagement and positive feedback from attendees who praised the college’s efforts in spreading health awareness and promoting preventive practices.
This initiative reflects the College of Medicine’s commitment to community service and public health promotion, in alignment with Jouf University’s vision for community partnership and societal well-being.
