The College of Applied Medical Sciences and Health Entrepreneurship Company sign a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation in community service and the physical therapy profession


In the presence of His Excellency the President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, and as part of Jouf University’s efforts to strengthen active partnerships with both the public and private sectors, the university—represented by the College of Applied Medical Sciences—signed a memorandum of understanding with Health Leadership Company. The agreement aims to enhance cooperation and partnership in the field of health investment and to develop an enabling environment for health investment in the Al-Jouf region, in alignment with national development goals and Saudi Vision 2030. It also seeks to support pathways of education, research, and innovation serving the healthcare sector. The signing took place as part of the university’s participation in the Global Health Forum 2025.

The memorandum was signed by Dr. Abdullah bin Falih Al-Sarhani, Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, and Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Bulaihishi, Chief Executive Officer of Health Leadership Company.

 

The memorandum aims to:

  • Promote health investment and organize promotional events and awareness meetings.
  • Develop and implement training programs and specialized workshops in entrepreneurship and health innovation.
  • Exchange expertise and training materials and develop educational content related to health entrepreneurship.
