In a significant milestone that reflects its commitment to advancing academic programs and aligning them with labor market needs, the University Council has approved the establishment of the Executive Master’s Program in Risk Management, Emergency, and Business Continuity at the College of Business.

The launch of this program responds to the growing demand for executive leaders specialized in enterprise risk management, crisis and emergency response, and ensuring business continuity across various sectors. It aligns with international best practices and supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in strengthening institutional resilience and sustainability.

The program aims to prepare executive leaders equipped with advanced knowledge and professional competencies in risk analysis, emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, and crisis management. It adopts a rigorous academic and applied approach that integrates theoretical foundations with practical expertise.

The College of Business emphasized that the program represents a strategic addition to its academic portfolio and reinforces its role in supporting national development by qualifying leaders capable of enhancing organizational readiness and operational sustainability across diverse work environments.

The program is expected to meet the needs of both public and private sector organizations and contribute to the development of human capital in the fields of risk management, emergency management, and business continuity, thereby strengthening institutional competitiveness and performance in facing future challenges.
