President of Al-Jouf University Launches “Flexible Learning Pathways” Initiative to Support Lifelong Learning and Develop National Competencies

The President of Al-Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, launched the “Flexible Learning Pathways” initiative presented by the E-Learning Unit at the Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, as part of the university’s direction toward developing a modern educational system that supports lifelong learning and keeps pace with global transformations in education and training.
The initiative represents an integrated educational model covering four main fields and includes 32 diverse learning pathways, contributing to the development of skills and knowledge in line with labor market needs and future requirements, while enhancing the readiness of national competencies across various disciplines.
The “Flexible Learning Pathways” initiative aims to provide flexible educational opportunities that enable beneficiaries to develop their professional, technical, and personal skills through modern and continuously updated training content that supports the concept of continuous learning and enhances university educational outcomes.
The Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs emphasized that the initiative represents one of the key qualitative pillars in developing the university’s educational environment and reflects the university’s direction toward adopting innovative educational models that enhance graduates’ competitiveness and support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in human capability development.
