The Deanship of Student Affairs at Jouf University achieved a new national milestone by winning first place in the “Best Initiative Event” category of the Purple Saturday Award 2026, organized by the Authority for the Care of Persons with Disabilities, among more than 300 entries from across the Kingdom.

This recognition was awarded for an event implemented by the Deanship that reflected the university’s commitment to promoting empowerment and inclusion, while supporting the participation of persons with disabilities in a wide range of university and community activities and programs, thereby contributing to a more inclusive and accessible environment for all.

This achievement highlights Jouf University’s leadership in adopting impactful initiatives with sustainable community value and reflects its alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to empower persons with disabilities, enhance their quality of life, and promote their integration into society.
