Jouf University President Honors a Number of Researchers and Innovators from the College of Applied Medical Sciences - Sakaka in the "We Create to Excel" Event

The President of Jouf University, Professor Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Shaya, honored a number of researchers and innovators from the College of Applied Medical Sciences at the university during a ceremony held as part of the "We Innovate to Excel" event.

This honoring came in recognition of the outstanding scientific efforts and distinguished research achievements made by the researchers during the year 2024.

Among the researchers included in the honoring were Dr. Abdullah bin Falih Al Sarhani and Dr. Sami Abdel Hamid Selim, along with a number of their colleagues who excelled in their scientific fields.

It is worth noting that these distinguished research efforts have resulted in qualitative achievements for the College of Applied Medical Sciences, including obtaining 6 registered patents, in addition to one of the college's research papers receiving the Highly Cited Research award, which reflects the quality of research outputs and their scientific impact.

The organization of the "We Innovate to Excel" event and the honoring of researchers comes within the framework of Al Jouf University's strategy aimed at fostering a stimulating environment for scientific research and innovation, and encouraging its affiliates for further distinguished research contributions, in service of national development goals and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

President of Jouf University Hands Over Lists of Research Projects Nominated for Support within the 2025 Initiatives... and the "College of Applied Medical Sciences" Appreciates This Support.

Within the framework of the "University Initiatives to Support Scientific Research and Innovation for the Year 2025", which affirm Al Jouf University's commitment to supporting scientific research and innovation, His Excellency the University President handed over the lists of research projects nominated for support to the Deans of the colleges at the university. The lists, which were handed over during an official ceremony attended by a number of university officials and college deans, included 33 innovative research projects nominated for support for the affiliates of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, with the aim of enhancing qualitative research output in various specializations and fields that serve the priorities of the university and society. In this context, the College of Applied Medical Sciences, represented by the Dean of the College, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Falih Al Sarhani, extended its sincere thanks and great appreciation to His Excellency the University President, Professor Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Shaya, for his continuous support for the college and its research activities.

In conclusion, the college affirmed that this support represents a strong incentive for researchers to continue their scientific efforts and produce research that contributes to the development of knowledge and service to society, noting the importance of these initiatives in achieving the university's strategic goals related to scientific research and innovation and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
