Jouf University Contributes to a Sustainable Future with 12,000 Trees Planted on Saudi Green Initiative Day

As part of its support for the Saudi Green Initiative, Jouf University has launched an ambitious campaign to plant 20,000 trees across its campus. To date, approximately 12,000 trees have been planted, reaffirming the university’s commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation.
The University Vice Directorate's played a pivotal role in coordinating efforts with various entities to ensure the success of the campaign. The initiative aims to raise environmental awareness among university members and the local community, improve the climate, and reduce carbon emissions.
