-Jouf University celebrated the anniversary of Founding Day
Under the patronage of Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, Jouf University celebrated Foundation Day through a comprehensive program organized and led by the Deanship of Student Affairs, highlighting its central role in fostering national identity and student engagement.
The celebration began with an accompanying exhibition titled “A Journey Through Time: From Roots to Vision,” coordinated by the Deanship of Student Affairs in collaboration with several colleges. The event brought together students and academic units in a shared expression of pride in the Kingdom’s history and achievements.
The official ceremony featured a Qur’anic recitation, a documentary tracing the history of the Saudi state, and a performance portraying the foundations of state-building based on faith and justice. In his address, the University President emphasized that Foundation Day represents a renewal of national consciousness and affirmed that the University’s educational and research mission aligns with the nation’s development journey under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.
The ceremony concluded with honoring participating colleges and outstanding students, as well as recognizing the Deanship of Student Affairs for its distinguished organizational efforts. Through its leadership of the event, the Deanship reinforced its pivotal role in strengthening students’ sense of belonging, promoting national values, and creating meaningful extracurricular experiences that reflect the University’s identity and spirit.
